Two weeks ago I awoke to a call on my phone. I checked the time...7:30 am. Who could be calling?
The voice on the line shook as she said,

"He's gone."

I immediately knew who they were talking about. Our friend and brother, Ryan, had been sick for the last few months with esophageal cancer.
But it was still hard to believe this was really the end.

Hello Fellow Bronies.

About a year ago, I started hanging out with some pretty cool people who had a lot of big ideas.
They stirred something inside of me. A thirst for wisdom, I suppose.

A thirst for...some kind of world where loyalty and kindness were the norm, rather than the exception.

The introduced me to two things:

While they both vary greatly in content and tone, they are essentially about the same things.
