I've been trying to locate a Star Trek crossover story that focuses upon the crew of the USS Enterprise-D ending up in the reality of Equestria thanks to Q's (Discord's) machinations, but the whole matter isn't an issue regarding Discord (this was written before Keep Calm & Flutter On was broadcast). A couple of days ago I re-watched Apple Family Reunion and I noticed something that didn't add up. The close-up of a fruit bat responding to a pony's fruit-dressed hat was missing but Applejack's reaction to the change in the colony's flight path is left in.

We all know (and mildly resent) the reason for the edit to The Last Roundup, but this edit means nothing to me. Advertising isn't a reason as the source had none. Anyone else found this happening?

I've just returned from a week in Arundel. The previous day I visited a pub there with a rather enigmatic name that turned out to have a rather innocuous origin, but then I caught sight of a quote on the wall that suggested otherwise. I won't divulge exactly what this matter was but I will provide a translation of the quote into the language it was meant to have been spoken in. See if you can deduce what I mean.

I've had another dream about My Little Pony last night. This time Applejack tries to complete an obstacle course that Twilight designed in record time, but some of the obstacles have to be beat by lateral thinking rather than physical dexterity. Not only that but one obstacle looks like it was designed by Fluttershy and two seem to be the kinds Rainbow Dash would come up with.

On Wednesday the 6th March my grandad went into a hospice, having been rendered bed-ridden by a combination of post-cancer medication and subsequent complications. Shortly after midnight, transitioning from the 11th to the 12th, he passed away.

Today I found that Google Chrome has changed its layout again without so much as a by-your-leave. It so happens that, recently, I also heard of an autistic child who's health problems provoked a company to go out of its way to restart an old product. As such, I've come to the conclusion that Google is discriminating against the autistic community and have set-up a petition for ISPs to consider the autistic mind-set when they make some silly redesigns.
