Today is Day 3 of my 9 month workout challenge.

As some of you (Or all of you) may know, Snow Bullet has gotten hit by a car, and all the signs of her don't look good. Let's start a campaign to #PrayforSnow
Yesterday was Day one. I worked up to 3 sets, then rested. Today, I'll be doing 5 sets. But first, gtg through the school day
You must be able to do it for 9 months. That's the obvious thing. If you're not capable of doing it for 9 months, however, do it for less. This is a thing I constantly forget to mention to people (Sorry)
The next challenge buffer is you must not eat excess food. Remember, children...bare necessities. Eat what you need, not what you want. So eat healthy.
You must not have a day off from this workout. No lazy days, and no unnecessary breaks. Only take a break when instructed.
Do the Sub Zero workout.
Every day.
For nine months.
I'm particularly fond of this workout, because not only is it a helping hand in getting fit, it also teaches a good offense for defending yourself in a fight
