You must be able to do it for 9 months. That's the obvious thing. If you're not capable of doing it for 9 months, however, do it for less. This is a thing I constantly forget to mention to people (Sorry)

The next challenge buffer is you must not eat excess food. Remember, children...bare necessities. Eat what you need, not what you want. So eat healthy.

You must not have a day off from this workout. No lazy days, and no unnecessary breaks. Only take a break when instructed.

You must choose the workout that best suits you/catches your eye using darebee.com to find the preferred workout. They even have video game characters as a topic of their workouts if you are a gamer. Or superheroes if you're into that kind of thing.

Just...some of the ground rules given to me by that school mate
