I've given some thought to what it is I want out of posting to FIM Fiction, and I realize that I just want feedback to the stories I write. My friends (who don't have FIM Fiction accounts, sadly) all seem to enjoy my stories, so the feedback from everypony else identifies how far removed from the rest of society I really am.

I've been on FIM Fiction for 2 weeks and I've already hit my first stumbling block. The hatred of Mary Sue stories in sexual / kinky contexts was much worse than I imagined.
