Some of you have probably noticed my new choice in avatar. Something I decided to vector up after being 'Lyra' for a while. Yes, this is related to When a Pony Calls. Instead of telling you flat out, I want to see how good your memories are. What here is the giveaway of that relation?

I have done a new vector image, as can be seen by following this link, that may or may not be relevant to upcoming chapters. Or I could just be acting as a huge tease.

Who knows? Maybe I just wanted to share it with you all.

For reason regarding my present ability to get into writing, I'm temporarily putting the Gaean Crusade on hold. Until I can emotionally reconnect with it, I'll continue on with my other works. I hope you can all understand. It's just not worth writing a story while you're not feeling it. It all just comes out forced otherwise. A disinterested author does not a good story make.

I know, I've been pretty invisible lately.Two or three weeks and no story updates at all, on either project. Things have been kind of difficult, getting into the writing process and I allowed myself to become distracted by videogames. My latest offender? The Tekkit portion of the Technic Mod Pack for Minecraft. Went a whole week on that, and then I grabbed Scott Pilgrim vs. the World: The Game. I live in what can be described as a rural suburb. As such, we often get our share of unwanted critters poking around. Last night, we were graced by the visit of a porcupine. Yup, you guessed right. The biggest [and dumbest] of our dogs decided to get close enough to give the thing a mouth hug. Well, you can also guess how that turned out. The idiot got himself a face-full of quills.
