So, I just noticed when opening up IE and looking at this site, that the Heat is sorted differently, and it's consistently different, not like a story's popping up once and refresh and it's gone. On IE, my story Beginnings and Endings is the second fic on the third page of heat, and on Chrome it is the fourth last of the third page of heat. It has 19 views, and you can't find it on any of the pages when sorting all stories by Heat, aka clicking More Popular Stories.
Either my view count is broken or the Popular Stories side bar uses a very different and broken algorithm for finding what's popular than the normal sorting by Heat.

I'm willing to bet it's the latter.
