Today, my brother left to go back to college so my friends and I celebrated (with him) last night by ordering a keg, watching Star Wars on VHS and playing Cards Against Humanity. The keg has the quantity of 162 beers (15.5 gallons) and collectively we only drank about a gallon and a half. (It was Angry Orchard if you're wondering. It's like alcholic apple juice. )

For whatever reason, my laptop decided that it wasn't broken. I'll be storing all of my documents on a flash drive from now on anyway. As for those needed updates on stories, I'll work on them tonight after work.

Also, aside from updates, does anyone want me to write something new, whether it be a multi chapter, one shots, satires, dark, or comedy?

I'm going to be taking a break from writing pony literature in order to focus on a few career opportunities in freelance writing. Some pay by the story, others pay by the word, and there are serious contests with prizes and publication promises. If I can just put out one decent idea, maybe I'll get noticed. And when that doesn't happen and I ultimately get demotivated, I'll come back to writing fan fiction.

Writing has always been my favorite pass time. There's nothing more entertaining than creating something from nothing, and sharing it with others. The problem is the amount of time and effort it takes. Lately, I've been canceling plans and dodging others just to isolate myself with my laptop. I almost called out of work today just so I could get another chapter of The Marked Ones out.

So, when I started The Marked Ones, I had no idea it would actually get noticed, never mind into the popular stories box. I got half of what I expected, however, with the Flash Sentry tag. Not sure why people hate him, but downvoting a story that tags him is uncalled for. I'm almost done with chapter 12 of ISHNBTP, and it's a long one. Now, I have the first part done, and ready to post, but it's kinda a crappy way to leave off until the next part is out. I can't make them two separate chapters either. It's just the way it panned out. Anyway, I've been typing for 7 hours trying to get this done, but I'm just too tired. I'll just wait until I hear from one of you guys before I do anything.
