What is this from?! · 10:31pm Apr 24th, 2014
Seriously, what is it from? It looks... Kinda cool, actually.

... Screwed apparently. I only recently escaped the Gardens of Aegis, which involved burning them to the ground. On top of that, I have no memory of who I was, or what I could do. What I do know is that whatever I did, in warranted binding the immortal souls of five ponies to a sacred garden in order to hold me.
So now, Princess Celestia is out for my blood, the Saddle Arabians are out for my corpse, and a cult wants to eat my brain.
I kid you not. They want to eat my brain.
Smash. Cling. Clunk. Crash.
A thousand dancing bottles dance through the air, empty of wine. Glasses fall down to the wall, clocks hunt keys, as locks spectate. Marble gives way to plastic, which gives way to a banjo. Nothing is constant. Nothing makes sense, in the mind of the beholder. The owner of this strange and esoteric place currently sleeps in a floating cloud of empty mead bottles, at least until one wakes him up.
Hello to thee. I see thou hath found me, in the end. But don't celebrate thy victory just yet, Mortal. My tale is certainly not done, and I doubt yours is either. You haven't stopped me, oh no. At most, you've only added another thread to the weave, another pebble in the pond. I'm not done with you, or your kingdom yet. I'm just getting started...
Pretty much as it sounds.
Why Astrid why?!! :fluttersad:
Information: Kill. Kill. Kill.
.....But I'm still working on the first chapter. I'm not yet sure how much it should be. It would only be the introduction of course, but how many words would be necessary. do you think?
Here's what we have so far:
"I, Twilight Sparkle, declare that the Diarchy has lied!"
And they're all cheating, blackmailing, chessmasters.
"They do not as much cheesecake as they say!"
I cannot bucking believe I'm doing this!
"They need far more!"

Well, I say it's headcanon. It's really just how I like to portray the changelings when I write about them [in RP's, or off this site.], but that may be the actual definition of a headcanon. Never been quite clear on that...
But anyways, my take on the changelings:
Changeling hierarchy is divided into four main castes [catagories outside the main ruling system not included. Yet.]. In decending order of power [both as a group and individual caste members] they are:
Royalty
Nobility
It was the age of stars and mist, when Galaxy, the creator of all, ruled over a formless balance. She created many beings....A noctral alicorn named Back Fire, And....Another.
For Back Fire could not create, only destroy. Galaxy needed a balance to this destruction. A spirit of Creation, something to give life to the shimmering void.
And the best way to flesh out a world, is with a story.
