A thousand dancing bottles dance through the air, empty of wine. Glasses fall down to the wall, clocks hunt keys, as locks spectate. Marble gives way to plastic, which gives way to a banjo. Nothing is constant. Nothing makes sense, in the mind of the beholder. The owner of this strange and esoteric place currently sleeps in a floating cloud of empty mead bottles, at least until one wakes him up.
"Whuzzat-? Wait...... what?! No no NO! This is boring! It doesn't make sense! It's no story! Only a sad reflection of rejected madness. I can do better, surely."
With a haphazard wave of his hoof, the world goes 'snap'.

When next the world opens, you are walking into the door of a coffee house. everywhere you look, the world blurs for a moment before snapping to attention. Nothing stays focuses unless you watch it. The only place this isn't happening is at a large circular booth next to the window.
At the table, a changeling mare relaxes, quietly eating a sandwich and drinking her coffee. A trench coat is roughly bunched up next to her, and a large sniper rifle leaning against the booth on her other side. A well-worn hat sits on the table, next to a book stand. Upon the stand rests a book titled Lying to Your Friends About Your Past 101. The mares alternately colored eyes dart across the page, green and cyan working in concert. Her horn lights up at precise five second intervals to turn the page.
What do you do?
Considering i just walked into a room that i habe no idea what can happen and seeing something im more familar with i'd go for the rifle. But before that move over to her and try to strike up a conversation. If shit goes south rifles right there.
