It's done, you guys. I have just submitted the story I've been working on for the past five months, and it should be up shortly.

It's a sequel to The Education of Clover the Clever, sort of, following up on the griffon assassin subplot. This story explores the question of just what went down in the meeting between Star Swirl and Griffon King Blaze that made the king send assassins to kill the wizard for decades afterwards.

Do you ever look at a key part of a scene, something important that has to pack a punch, and think "this is too short"? And then you look at it really closely, and you look at the scene around it, and think "Actually, this bit is exactly right, it's everything else that's too long"?

Does that happen to everyone or is that just me?
