Worldbuilding Entry 1.5: the magic of species (Introduction) · 5:14am Mar 13th, 2015
In the last post I talked a little about the magic used by a particular species, hounds, in my world building. In retrospect that may of been a bit premature, so I think I should backtrack a bit and give a brief overview of the types of magic available before discussing how the different species use then or don’t in some cases. I hope this isn’t too incoherent and rambly.

Not dead. But I am out of the loop.
Going on vacation soon, I think I am going to do some catching up...
Okay, got a new blog post up. It's very rambly and dotted with punctuation errors but hopefully its contents make up for those mistakes. Writing it out got some of my writers block out of the way, so thats a nice side benefit.
And just for the record the social disaster which caused my scurrying off, wasn't so much my fault, as it was just bad timing. Its kind of offputting to be the only post in a thread and cause what seems to be another active thread to completely die when you finally post in it.
Its probably more about my perception of the events rather than how the events actually played out, but still, it was pretty... uncomfortable.
Wow. Its now been a little over a year since I registered. And...
Well at least I've made some progress in...interacting with the wider community. Not much on the writing front though.
But baby steps.
So, happy belated - anniversary, me. Here's to a good year.
Well past self, It seems the tide; she is a turning. Three days and as many posts in the old blog.
Not too shabby.
Of course, all it needs is one nice social disaster for me to scurry off, but lets enjoy the moment!
So, seven months later and what do I have to show?
