I may have also spotted a typo:

The nightlight being an addition that was required after realizing none of Luna's love interests could not see in the darkness.

As is, that suggests that the nightlight was added after the realization that...all of Luna’s love interests could see in the dark already? That doesn’t make sense, so I think the “not” probably has to go.
