Cruella looked at her son in shock. “You want to become a vet?!” she screeched, her harpy like voice rising above the noise of her car.

“Yeah,” said Carlos. “Mom, this is Jane, my girlfriend. She’s Fairy Godmother’s daughter.”

“You’re dating an Auradoner?!” screamed Cruella de Vil. “You... you son of a bitch!”

Carlos gasped. “MOM!” he cried.

“You’re no son of mine.” she hissed. “I won’t come.”

Jane shrugged at Carlos, before heading back to Auradon.

“I’m sorry,” said Carlos. “My mom. She’s...”

“Don’t worry.” said Jane. “I understand.”
