I’ve been a busy little bun. While Inner Strength has been updating, I’ve been working away nonstop at Playing House. It’s... it’s actually finished. Like, all of it. I just have to edit it, and then I’ll be posting it again. Expect new chapters no later than August 25, the week after the Inner Strength updates finish. The final word count for the story 274,068 words (subject to vary somewhat as I edit it, obviously).

Just a quick blog to formally announce that Playing House Act III is edited and will begin release on Sunday at 4:30 Eastern Time (my time zone). This is ahead of my usual posting time by almost six hours because I’m following the advice of a friend who consistently has recommeded I try updating at an hour when most people are awake, and because she showed me this story scheduler that lets me schedule chapters to update while I’m asleep.

...well, the first draft of it is, anyway Just gotta edit it and then I can get to posting! I’m not much for heavy edits, so that shouldn’t take too long. Since this upcoming Monday would be a stretch to say the least, let’s call April 22 the hopeful release date of chapter eighteen, with April 29 being the latest (barring some sort of major fuck up in my life or something). As always, it’ll have weekly updates for the duration of the act. Get hype!

Got some news. Good news for me, probably not for y’all but maybe depending on whether you’re here for me or my horse drama.

To start with and get it out of the way, nothing aside from me being physically unable to get to the internet could stop the rest of Act I from updating on time. The final two chapters are written, edited, queued, and generally ready to go. Eight will be posted tonight and Nine will be next week, as per usual.
