Well, I finally got around to try and see if Roses was good enough for EQD. Apparently... the answer is no. While they didn't put a strike against me, but the rejection is a bit disheartening. It doesn't help that they didn't give examples, so it leaves me at a loss as to what I could do.

Don't worry, it's all good. I decided to make the beginning a separate chapter since it has less of a focus on the later half. It is more or less done and I just need to proofread. I plan to do that later today if game night doesn't last late.

Ding dong, the writers block is mostly dead!

So, Sunday I was able to get a commission from a wonderful pony artist named Centchi. Today I saw they finished the commission and I'm currently waiting for the one without a watermark. However, to my delightful surprise that commission showed up in EQD's Drawfriend Stuff today!

I've finally proofread the last chapter I needed to go over and the story should be far more up to snuff. It was chapter 9 that needed review if you guys are wondering. Now that that's done I can start making new chapters!

While this is related to Roses it's also just in general and more related to a new story idea I have. When it comes to names and the looks of some characters like color, that can stop me dead in my tracks. It's something I can get horribly obsessed over. Right now I have this story idea in my head and I have the whole first chapters planned out, but I can't decide on a name for the character! Pervy human if you were curious.

Nearly done with all the chapters that need to be fixed. I definitely plan to add a new scene in the next chapter at least so I'll need to plan accordingly an appropriate amount of time to spend on it. Next one is my second longest chapter so far so lots of work to be done!

Wasn't much to clean up and I added a very minor scene, but overall not much has changed. Feel free to reread again or take a pass.

Another chapter down, was short and I hadn't made as many mistakes on this one. Nothing too important to update you guys on.

Okay, cleaned up chapter 3 in Roses for the grave. Not much to say about it, but feel free to re-read it.

Chapter 2 is fixed up, that took awhile and I still have many more to go. I feel ashamed at everything I missed and regret not rereading through these early chapters. Biggest change is Ecto's look. She's now a filly ghost which better suits her child like attitude. I have a fun reason for this change it might involve a troublesome trio. ;3
