After having difficulty finding a beginning, The upcoming fic, "A Maximal Crusader" is starting to pick up now, and should be finished by the end of this week. As my first close romance fic (the Old TImeline's "Ballad of the Brobdingnag" has some of this, but hasn't been that established enough to be considered one), I try my best to avoid any love story cliches or at least modify them into something more likable.

I'm finally graduating guys. I just took my last final a few hours ago and (barring something going horribly wrong) I should get my degree in the mail in two months. I spent an inordinate amount of time getting my undergraduate degree. "Super-senior" doesn't even begin to cover somehow graduating with over 190 credit hours.

Workflow for Finding and Using Sound Effects in Fanfiction Readings · 4:26am May 24th, 2015

Let me get this out of the way right now: Adding sound effects to fanfic readings takes time. A single sound that a listener may hear once for a half a second could take you upwards of a half an hour to find, edit in, and fine tune to fit exactly how the story is interpreted. But adding sounds can really make your finished product come alive in a way that a normal reading would not be able to accomplish.
