It's Thanksgiving in the Mojave. Who will your Courier throw Bottlecap mines (Of thanks) at, and who will your courier throw normal mines (of blistering hatred) at?

I can just see the Courier strolling through the strip with a sack over his shoulder, full to the brim with Bottlecap Mines, giving them out to any and all the people he sees.
