If your fic contains:

* any characters from BBC's Sherlock
* any characters from Doctor Who
* any characters from Supernatural
* AU's from any of the above universes, with an obvious relation to MLP:FiM
* Narratives or themes from Doctor Who, Sherlock, and/or Supernatural
* All of the above!

Then you are eligible for a competition that I am holding. Just link me your fanfiction in a private message by June 1st, and I'll take some time to read over and judge your writing. It will be ranked out of ten.

Rewards:
It would be a pretty pointless competition without awards!

1st Place:
Cover art drawn for any of your fanfiction of your choice. Your fanfiction also be individually promo'd to 500 followers on Tumblr (tagged), promo'd to thousands in various groups on FIMFiction, and be placed in my Favourites section on my profile 5ever. If you can think of anything else I can do, then let me know. Money or (literal) shipping can not come into it AT ALL. I can't give you free stuff and/or money. I'm underaged.

Runners Up:
There will be three runners up.
All will be promo'd on Tumblr on a single post (tagged as well), promoted to thousands in various groups on FIMfiction, given an honorary follow, like and a favourite.

Rules:
If you don't follow these rules, then you'll be excluded from the competition.
*NO REWRITES OF ANY OF THE ORIGINAL SERIES (No, you can't just replace Dean with Rainbow Dash and then write the exact same scene.). You can base it off narratives from any of the episodes, but add original dialogue, characters, imagery, setting etc.
* Don't steal fanfiction and rewrite ponies in it. You have no idea how many times Twist and Shout has been rewritten and then submitted into me. I can tell whether it's fake or not.
* Do not title My Little Sherlock, Doctor Who etc. Just a pet peeve of mine, because it is not an original title.
* Ponies MUST be included. This is FIMFiction after all.
* You must follow my FIMFiction page. Sorry, just want to you to keep up with news on the competition.
* I can stand troll fanfiction, but as long as it's funny and makes fun of certain aspects of crossovers.

Edit: the submitted story can't be over 10 chapters. Multiple entries are not acceptable.

Yes, you can submit fanfiction you have already written prior to reading this. Just as long as it follows the guidelines and rules.

- What is the contest deadline?
- What do you mean by "characters from Sherlock"? Sherlock Holmes is not a character from Sherlock. It sounds like you aren't accepting Sherlock Holmes fan-fiction unless it's written in a way that makes pony Sherlock Holmes sound more like the TV Sherlock than the Conan Doyle Sherlock.
- I suggest a word-count limit instead of a chapter limit, or else people will just give you gigantic chapters.
- Requiring people to follow you on fimfiction to enter a contest is a little shady.
