In comedy fashion I can imagine Chryssy try to be evil, but can't help herself but adore Flurry's cuteness, ending with Caddy & Shiny with thousand guards raid Chryssy's place and Chryssy give in and hang over Flurry.

In serious tune, I imagine Caddy & Shiny finding out that Chryssy is Flurry's aunt, due of some magical Changeling stuff inject on Caddy during "Canterlot Wedding" to keep Caddy weaken in the caves, that unexpectedly fused on Caddy's bloodstream and that later find its way on Flurry during pregnancy.
Sharing connecting with Flurry, she will spend time with Flurry as her aunt.

Basically wyverns we’re hibernating under Equestria and wake up when a joint dragon pony mining operation wakes them up

Luna is there expecting the mine with ember

Flurryheart is seperate from candance in the Crystal empire during the panic

Well, I can imagine her kidnapping Flurry Heart under premise that "this thing can generate love for all of the changelings!", getting blasted in the face few times for her troubles, and ditching the alicorn baby to her drones. Who then proceed to absolutely fawn over the girl, and maybe even reform.
