Has anyone considered writing a story of Sam Raimi's Spider-Man and it's sequels?

I am writing a story that takes a few cues from those films...among a few, or rather all, other versions as well. Wait, what's so special about that specific trilogy? It's not like its particularly relevant now.

Well sure, it was how I was introduced to the character myself, but, eh, I don't know. The first trilogy was good, but far from flawless, and when it comes to writing Spider-Man crossovers, I kinda prefer taking the very concept of the character and take the best elements from various sources instead of just basing it on one specific version.

And you have every right to do that. Personally though, it's not really my favourite version of Spider-Man...even though I liked a lot about it.
