The theme of this year's year-end party at my office was '2016 - the year that was'. One guy turned up as the Grim Reaper. He won 'most appropriate' in the costume contest.

That sums up 2016, in my opinion.

So let's look forward to a brighter, better year in 2017. After all, it can't be any more disappointing.
