I'd prefer the two folders separated myself.

Or as a single sub folder in of the main folders. Either would be good. While I have nothing against Anthro or Humanizing the ponies in stories, I know others do. And having this nicely sorted is always a plus when looking for a story!

Yeah, I thought it was a single folder that would read "Anthro / Human". Some groups do that.

Still hold that sub folders would be nice. But would the folders be based on the world being "Anthro" or "Humanized" or the Main character you being Anthro or Human?
