This popped up in my Facebook feed recently, and I felt like sharing. A Swainson's Hawk in a canola field just north of Calgary.

These yellow fields are so distinct and so common across Alberta, but they're rarely pictured among other Canadian landscapes. Anyone have anything else that doesn't really get shown or talked about much, but is nonetheless distinctly Canadian?
