Well guys, the title says it all. I'm currently writing a FOE fic, New Roam, and am about to put shipping into it.

And I mean REAL shipping, not just sexual shipping.

So, if there are any authors or people out there with experience in writing romance or somesuch, I could sure use some advice.

I think the biggest thing is to not be love at first sight. Have the two lovers-to-be do things together, develop a strong bond of trust, before thinking - Hey, I feel weird.
