Depends. There's Post-apoc and the Fo:E writers' group though those are the only two "active" ones I've seen

These are the ones I'm a part of, but there are likely others. There was a large server years ago called Post-Apocalyptic Emporium, but one of the admins got hacked and the server was deleted. There was one that was meant to replace it, but I believe the admin became depressed or fed up with people and deleted that one too.
