So it seems that the add story button is gone from the folders so until I get this sorted out you can temporarily add your stories here.

You have to add a story from the stories page on your profile before the story button for this group will appear.

I can put one of my stories from my profile story page into the folders so that you can see what I mean.

There do not seem to be any story folders when I go to my main story page and try and add a story from there.
