Hello to the wider world of Fimfic.

At Secret Moon's invitation, I am reposting the invitation to the Twilestia group's bimonthly contest here. I'm writing a very abridged version of the normal criteria because the original post is very long and made with the Twilestia is bestia group and its members in mind. For those who want a tl;dr, here's a quick rundown of the contest requirements:

• The prompt for this set of stories is Eternity. This doesn't mean the story must be marked Sad or Tragedy, but it must relate to the original prompt in some way.
• The story must be focused upon the bond between (pre or post ascension) Twilight Sparkle and Princess Celestia. It does not need to be a shipfic. While we certainly prefer shipfics over in the Twilestia group, it can be any story about the two of them and their love for each other, whether that's motherly, teacherly or romantic.
• The story must follow group rules pertaining to content--this means no personal attacks on authors on the website and no promoting or condoning criminal activity such as child abuse, hate crimes or sexual violence.
• The story must be an original piece of fiction. It cannot be a rework or remake of a pre-existing story.
• The story can be any word length.

In order to submit the story, please add it to the original contest thread as a comment with the link to the story on the original contest thread. We already have a story submission in the correct format by Night Sparkle Productions, for those who'd like an example. The submission deadline is June 15th, 2022.

Prizes are a mention on the group's main page in the contest winner results (third place), a mention in a thread and optional author interview (second place) and a permanent spot in our exclusive contest winners folder (first place).
