I personally have a great dislike for the multiverse concept as the entire structure is basically being held together by loose threads with almost no repercussions because somebody just wanted 2 characters mingling in some way. I'd accept almost anything as long as there's some constructive thought at play that practically sink together, not because they just so happen to be next to each other.

That window of Sunny and co in the back for example. One can easily say 'multiverse' and call it a day, but that's just BSing an important question. I'd accept prophecy, an independently thinking room that keeps records, even the show creators goofing off before I'd ever consider a multiverse being a thing.
