I have added my novel 'I.D. - That Indestructable Something'. Based on Franz Kafka's 'Metamorphosis'. Set in the current-day, it is a modernist tale of transformation informed by current cutting-edge scientific theory. The synopsis is this:

A young woman awakens transformed into an Equestrian pony - yet no other human being can perceive her new body in any way whatsoever. With clumsy hooves, but a bright mind, Gregoria Samson must trust in herself to discover the incredible, monumental truth behind her impossible change.

Themes include the essence of identity and self, The loss of innocence, the degeneration of civilization into a capitalist state, and the horror of the military industrial complex. It has an ambiguous ending, and a certain but tasteful amount of stream-of-consciousness internal dialogue.

I.D. was not written purely to be a modernist novel, but rather simply employs modernist style because it was the most effective and most applicable.
