Jack Skellington was a villain.
Think about it. He has the goals and motivation of a villain, and even an evil cackle to tie it all off.

I was also gonna say Woody from "Toy Story" and Kuzco from "Emperor's New Groove" are also Main Characters as villains, though it didn't really cross my mind to share that in this thread.

Same with Jack Skellington. If it weren't for the films respective actual antagonist villains (Oogie Boogie, Yzma, and Sid), then the main characters would be the main villains, and the supporting characters (Sally, Pacha, and Buzz) would have been the main characters).
Fun fact, Woody was supposed to be the main villain.
