6510651 Really? That's what the creators (or whoever it is that names these background ponies) called him? Aside from being a scientist he is nothing like Bill Neigh. Bill still has dark hair and I don't recall him ever wearing glasses (or a sweater for that matter).

Personally I would have called him Clever Atom or Molecular Mind (I really like that last one).
