What would happen if the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles of 2012 meets their 2018 counterparts?

The 2012 turtles will see their 2018 selves to be more useless in a fight than the 80s turtles were, more childish and less likely to be serious about anything.

My personal opinion is that they shouldn't have done that to the 80s turtles at all.
