Wallflower Blush just has the worst of luck. As if getting a nasty cold wouldn't be enough, she couldn't join her family to attend the wedding of some cousin or other. Not that she was looking forward to it much, but it would've beat staying at home.

She doesn't even know why she's dragging herself to school the first time she's back to health. It's not like anyone would notice her missing a few days, not even the teachers. Sometimes she'd love to use her magic stone to just 'forget' going to school for a day, but using it on herself just isn't worth the risk.

Instead, she'll have to endure another day of being ignored and lonely while Sunset Shimmer pretends to be a good person and everyone buys the act wholesale and fawns over her. Just look at her, kneeling in the middle of the hallway and bawling her eyes out while students... glare at her and...

Wait, what?

What happens after that can be up for interpretation. I did have some further ideas for one direction the story could take where (possibly in exchange for rigging the Memory Stone to store the memories safely) Sunset asks Wallflower to take her memories because they hurt her too much.
