The official group for authors and followers of the "Dragonverse" series of fics. It's much more than just another swapverse! It tells a story all its own from beginning to end!

To summarize the concept of the Dragonverse, it mainly follows these trends:
1. The entire cast of the original show have been gender-flipped.
2. All dragons are now ponies, and all ponies are now dragons.
3. Pony tribes still exist, but dragons now also have tribes.
4. Harmony (order) isn't good. Chaos isn't evil, either. Instead, "Balance" is the force of good, which is an equal amount of both.
5. Some episodes have been merged together to create new concepts, while other episodes are either an extreme adaptation of the base episode, or a new episode entirely.
6. No Slice of Life. Everything's an adventure, no matter how unlikely it may appear at first.
7. New characters and groups have also been added.

If you wish to submit an episode, the Review Council will have to go over it, first. If we find it completely acceptable, we'll accept it as canon and add it to the timeline. If we find it lacking but not entirely incompatible, it will be added as a noncanon fic. If it fails utterly, it will be rejected.

Character relationships (as in, romance) is a touchy topic, and must be dealt with carefully and with a lot of thought. The review council has the power to canonize pairings, enforcing them on all future episodes, but also has the power to reject pairings, which gets that pairing banned utterly from the group, making the inclusion of it in an otherwise perfect episode grounds for complete rejection. To avoid this, think very carefully before you suggest a pairing: why are you suggesting it? Are their counterparts from the show your OTP? Forget about it. Is it based on fan theories that started with their show counterparts standing next to each other, then spiraled out of control with trying to interpret their every interaction in a way to make it fit? Too bad. Shipping goggles off, please. is it because you want to pair everyone, but Dragontown is over-saturated with guys? Nope. Not gonna cut it. The military is almost entirely female, and that's where the missing ladies are. However, if you have a reason that would actually be good for the series as a whole instead of simply being a blip that has little impact except making two characters "taken", we'll consider it. There are already plans for pairing up certain characters throughout the series, so just be aware that your plans may end up running contrary to ours, or even just mine. As the series creator, I have final say on everything. I'm in the Review Council, but I have the power to veto all of them when necessary (such as when a potential episode could derail the series at some future time, as I have a good portion of the biggest points planned out.).

Anyway, I hope I haven't made us sound mean or made myself sound like a dictator. We're really nice, mostly, and I want nothing more than to be the best friend of everyone in the group.
