Since this group somehow has 75+ followers, I thought we could do something fun. So I'm kicking off a writing contest!

Rules are simple:
1.) Write a short story about Schadenfreude. Either from his POV, or from someone else's.
2.) 1k-5k words!
3.) Keep it PG-13 or lower
4.) Due by the end of May. Specifically, May 31st, 11:59 and 59 seconds PST
5.) One entry per person.

I and a few happy recruits will judge based on three criteria:
1. Comedic value, obviously.
2. How in-character you can keep Schaden (OOC ponies are ok, but our favorite asshole isn't our favorite asshole for no reason)
3. General writing quality (plot coherence, story progression, spelling/grammar)

There will be prizes of some sort, although I'm not sure quite what yet.

If you create a submission, respond to this post with a link and brief story description to this post. Also be sure to add it to the story folder! Any submissions not posted in this thread AND added to the group will be ignored.
