So, this is my first NaNoWriMo/NaPoWriMo, and I don't want to necessarily write a whole new story just for it. I'm currently about to finish the first major arc of my ongoing story Alicornae: The Legend of Starlit Sky and am preparing for the next arc as my NaPoWriMo content. Is that alright to submit to the group?

While the traditional view of NaNoWriMo is to start a brand-new story on November 1, many people (including myself) use NaNoWriMo as a challenge to continue/complete their ongoing works (only you count the words written after November 1).

As for how it would be submitted, that would be up to the mods (of course).

Last I checked it was based on the words written during the event. So 25k makes the 25k folder, and so forth. As to the rest Novel has set a very nice comment.
