I have an idea for an NTR Manga.

A high school student has a Childhood Friend and a Girl that he secretly loves. A student from the US is transferred and he quickly has sex with both the CF and his Crush.

Our MC is depressed and attempts suicide, but he is saved.

Who saves our MC? The US student that stole away his CF and Crush.

They both talk it out and the MC yells out his reason to the US student. The US student sympathizes with our MC and tells him had he known that he was after the girl he is with he wouldn't have gone for it.

He US student tells our MC that they should be friends since they have similar taste in women.

US student hooks him up with a girl that dresses plainly but is hot and a sweetheart.

MC still has some trauma from his suicide attempt and loosing his CF and Crush.

His new lover is understanding and even saddened by this so they agree to stop seeing US-Kun and his two Girlfriends. They meet with US-Kun and tell them this and US-Kun promises to take care of CF and Crush.

-15 year time skip

Years pass. Sweet Girl and MC are now married. They are living in the countryside as Scholars.

A knock on the door.

On that door is former CF-chan fifteen years older with a missing eye and right hand.

Sweet Girl and MC see no choice but to let her in.

CF explains.

That US-kun got involved in a corporation that had Yakuza Connections. They forcibly made US-Kun addicted to heroin, and this drove US-kun to insanity. He killed Crush who married him in a fit of rage. CF went to visit Crush to rekindle their friendship, but finds her dead.

Crush's bloodied corpse paralicing CF with fear. US-Kun finds her and she bearly escapes with her life as the attempt on her life by a delusional US-Kun cost her her hand and eye.

Sweet Girly listens and asks MC-kun to leave them to talk in private. MC-kun understand and leaves

Sweet Girl asks what CF is doing here instead of going to the cops. CF tells Sweet Girl that the cops are in that Yakuza Clan's pockets, and that more important than anything was to see how MC-kun was doing, to see that he was safe and happy.

CF tells Sweet Girl that she used to be in love with MC-kun, and that part of her still is. She was originally was going to get married to US-kun but he left her after it became clear she was infertile, and instead went for Crush-san.

Crush-san and US-Kun had been having sex behind CF-chan's back for years after they dissolved the three way relationship during college. The revelation is what ended US-kuns and CF-chans relationship. CF-chan only went to them to rebuild her friendships as she had been lonely.

And had been living alone for three years with all of her and MC-kuns friends and family refusing to talk to her after it was revealed in highschool she was sleeping with US-kun. CF-chan only started sleeping with US-kun because MC-kun seemed to only have eyes for Crush.

And she figured that if after years he didn't acknowledge her feelings for him. She might as well go for the hot athletic foreigner to help her get over MC-kun. But then Crush-chan was also sleeping with him and she put up with it because she thought they where all enjoying youth.

Eventually after the dissolvement of the trio, and later the end of US-kun and CF-chans relationship it dawned on her her mistake and cu see herself for not fighting harder for MC-kuns affections and not being straightforward with him. She breaks down into unintelligible sobbing.

CF-chan as she cries remembers how she refused for years to contact MC-kun out of guilt. That she had no right to seek him out after he probably was with someone else.

Sweet Girl embraces CF-chan. MC-Kun was listening and had a look of agony in his eyes. But he considered that had he look CF-chans way things might have been different. He loved his life and his wife. But his obliviousness caused a ton of suffering. That and US-kuns selfishness.

Sweet Girl orders MC-kun to comeback in. Eventually the theee start to ponder what to do now. US-kun had gone mad, so it was probably best to seek him out immediately and kill him themselves before he does more damage as the police are useless. And Crush-chan was their friend.

The hunt for US-kun started.

After weeks of traveling the countlooking for US-kun, drooping everything to avenge Crush-chan they find US-kun in an isolated mountain forest, living like a wild animal in a cave.

MC-Kun shoots the savage remains of US-kun in the face with an illegally trafficked snubbed revolver without hesitation or doubt. He the takes an ax from CF-chans hands and chops furiously US-kuns body to pieces letting out sixteen years of pent-up rage on it.

Eventually nothing is recognizable of US-kun. the true burns the remains.

CF-chan laments that even if Crush can rest in peace she herself has nothing to comeback to. She then slowly breaks down to an uncontrollable sob and both MC-kun and Sweet Girl hug CF-chan reassuring her that she will be fine.

More years pass.

MC-kun can be seen in morning with Sweet Girl and their three children having breakfast in their countryside home. CF-chan had acquired a prosthetic hand and a glass eye and had become their maid. All three think about the following years.

They all think about CF-chan becoming a lover to both Sweet Girl and MC-kun and joining their family. They don't speak a word, the world is strange and beautiful.
