We neglected to discuss in detail how we select contributors. The plan was that the magistrates would recommend them and the senators would select them. However, what if the President selected the Contributors and the magistrates decided which one would become a staff member? Or what if the magistrates selected the contributors and the senators decided which ones became staff members? Discuss! This is the final step before we use a fully Republican system!

Filter System: Non-staff members goes for the candidacy.

The Magistrates filter them out and send them to the president.

President, either offers his own candidates or he filter the list provided by the Magistrates.

The Senators makes the final filter and them approves the selection.
