Amsterdam has this TourismThing which is atypical. In a small town, the local bordello would be a small nearly invisible business in the RetailDistrict. It would have 5-10 prostitutes who would run it as a co-operative, incorporated as an LLC (Limited LiabilityCorporation). Each member would be responsible for her share of the rent, utilities, taxes, et cetera. Each member would keep the money she earned. Simple decisions would require a simple majority plus 1 vote. Irreversible decisions would require ⅔rds plus 1 vote.

The proposal in the video is very far away from the typical small-town CatHouse.
