I was being sarcastic over the fact that the only reason my name was chosen was because I was the only one who voted there (thus, the "putting effort" part). Now if someone (who was already a part of this during the process of finding a new name) doesn't like this new name, then it's his/her fault for not doing anything about it (thus, the "doing something" part). Nothing more.
