Rey's Theme may be my new favorite piece of Star Wars music.

That said, did anyone else think it sounded like Williams put a bit of Harry Potter into this score at times?

4967953 It's possible. Williams has a very distinct sound. Majestic and powerful, but can still be quick and pulse-pounding when the scene calls for it. There were times when the Harry Potter music sounded oddly "Jurassic Park"-like to me. Call it a staple of his, I suppose.

Can't say I ever noticed that. The thing I like about John Williams is that his music is always very distinctive to it's respective movie: He somehow made the Jurassic Park score "sound like dinosaurs", while the Harry Potter score "sounds like wizards," if that makes sense. You're never really at risk of getting them mixed up, unlike certain other movie composers.
