Episode Title: Bright Diamond, Big City

Main theme: Diamond TIara tries to help Lily Longsocks with her super strength, but when Diamond Tiara’s showman uncle notices the little filly, Diamond gets caught up in the excitement and almost forgets about Lily’s personal feelings.
The Conflict: Uncle Big Bucks tries to make Lily into a star, with Diamond Tiara as her agent. Diamond Tiara gets excited and pushes Lily more and more into it, but when her uncle sees her getting too blinded by the fame, she asks Lily how SHE feels about it.
Focal Point: Diamond Tiara learns that sometimes, focusing on others is more important than focusing on yourself, and you shouldn't let your observation be blinded.
The Flow: School's out for the day, and Diamond and Silver are talking, when a figure approaches. It’s Diamond’s uncle Big Bucks from Manehattan! He’s looking for a filly to star in his next play, Little Orphan Pony, and he sees a filly who he thinks is perfect: Lilly Longlocks. Not wanting to be selfish (although she does get selfish, it’s rather ironic), Diamond suggest Lily to him, and he goes for it, Diamond agreeing to be her agent. Lily is less than enthused.
They get to Manehattan and put on the show. When Diamond sees how much attention she’s getting for ‘discovering’ Lily, she decides to take advantage of it when another pony asks if Lily can be in a commercial. But as the popularity grows and grows, Diamond’s uncle tells her that she might need to look at the real star. As a big movie lies on the horizon, Diamond talks to Lily and learns how she feels really uncomfortable in front of all those ponies. Diamond decides to choose Lily’s well-being over her own, and the two become even closer as friends! When she gets back to Ponyville, Silver Spoon suggests that Lily join the Cutie Marked Crusaders (like them and the CMC) and she joins!

It does sound like it could be interesting, but I'm kinda left wondering what Diamond would be doing to help Lily with her super strength. Is she trying to help her stop from accidentally breaking things, or just trying to make her more comfortable with using it? This sounds like it could involve silly training montages!

Also, why does Uncle Big Bucks think she'd be good for the part? Does he see her using her strength, and that fits the character, or she just looks the part, maybe?

If that would actually happen, I would say her strength. That's what's sticking out about her. And "The Filly as Strong as Ten Stallions!" would sure be a hit in Manehattan.
Also, Diamond Tiara tries to help her with her strength by trying to make her accustomed to it by showcasing it in front of an excited audience. She hopes that seeing that other ponies admire her for her strength will make her more comfortable with it.
