Title: From Princess to Empress?!

Premise:
Twilight Sparkle has a pretty good life so far, she's got a loving family, supportive friends, a boyfriend in the Royal Guard, and has recently become the Princess of Friendship!

But things take a drastic and unexpected turn when she wakes up the next morning and finds that several things have changed:

She now rules Equestria with an iron hoof, having taken the name "Midnight Sparkle" with her friends as her "Enforcers of Harmony", and all of Equestria fears and bows before her.

Upon checking the date, she discovers that it's the exact same date and no time has passed!

With little to no knowledge of this new world, she must find a way to discover what's going on, and one importantly: how to get back home.

But one question remains, if she's here, then what happened to the original Twilight of this world?
