So I just found in an old post forum that Them’s Fightin’ Herds will feature its in-verse language for the creatures of Fœnum.

From what the producers say, it’s dubbed Foenician.

I don’t understand what they’re saying with these:

All I got was what appeared to be their alphabet.

Does anyone have any idea on how to decipher them?

According to the thread, nobody has quite figured it out yet, mainly due to the very limited samples of Foenician text to work with. Current consensus is that it's an abjad (vowel-less) alphabet similar to real Phoenician.

Apparently the text on the red background is "OVERTHINKING" (rendered as "'VRTHNKNG"), and I believe the first one is "TARGET" ("TRGT").
