I got this card at a pre-release tournament for the MLP CCG. The art on this card looks like it's from an upcoming episode. This is commonplace in the newer sets of cards.

No, I noticed right away that it looked familiar.

They just used the scene from season 3 episode "Apple Family Reunion" (with changing the background just a tiny bit).

And they slapped on her that cutie mark that was shown in season 5 episode "Bloom & Gloom."

The both look completely identical to how they look in the scene deptected on the card. Just with that cutie mark added. The background is left almost the same. Just edited a bit to look better.
