I just want to address something that the new tier X British Light Cruiser: HMS Minotaur can do. It's ability to turn quickly while keeping up a speed of thirty-two point eight knots is insane! Which actually reminds me of the old Circle of Death from the American St. Louis at tier III, Phoenix at tier IV, and the Omaha at tier V. So my question is, will the Minotaur have the old Circle of Death perfected at tier X?
