What do you think would be a cool AU Pinkamena story?

I came up with one a long time ago, and never got past the planning stages.... still would've been cool to see it reach the light of day.
When I get home and have access to my notepad documents I'll post my notes here, maybe someone else would wanna use them for something.

I had jotted down some random ideas for a story once, over a year ago. Sadly I never got much further than that. It was supposed to be a story about Pinkamena having never seen the rainboom and left the rock farm, but unlike a lot of other stories, the main focus was her growing up and her destiny without that.
It was gonna be called Colourless (just my name for it) and these are the notes I wrote.

Colourless Story Ideas:
-Parents don't care about anything they do as long as
they're working
-She is very creative
-Pinkamena sees newspaper about elements of harmony
and wishes she could have such an adventure filled, fun
life
-Pinkamena over years discovers her love of the arts
(Music, literature, visual arts)
-Maud has to leave to college for geology eventually
