Now for a few of my thought processes
Stat Distribution:
Wisdom is highest because not only is she one of the more level headed of the group(when not terrified into submission), but Wisdom is used for resisting spells like Dominate Person, and she shrugged off Discord's mind whammy like a champ, he had to resort to using his 9th level spell slot to do the job
Dexterity and Charisma are next because Skyborn and, well...

Strength and Intelligence are the dump stats, do I need to even mention Tornado Day?

Class(Shepard Circle Druid):
The Circle of the Shepard is the one that specializes in working with and summoning animals, plus it comes with the ability to talk to animals

Spell Selection:
I mostly gave her spells that summon beast allies or heal, making her a back-line master, as well as a few that fit with her Pegasus/Skyborn heritage(Gust, Control Weather, etc...)
