5899121 I'm not so bothered by Taker losing because the rule of retirement is to go out on your back. The problem is that Reigns was the wrong guy to do it. The feat of retiring the Undertaker at Wrestlemania needed to establish someone as a dominant heel, not make people hate the babyface star even more than we already do. Plus the match was uncomfortable to watch—unpleasant even—because after some back and forth action in the beginning, it turned into Roman Reigns beating up a tenacious old man until he couldn't move.

I was also infuriated by Vince's complete disregard for his own rules. The Royal Rumble winner is supposed to main event the show, not go on fourth from the end in a rushed match that neither guy seems to care about. When Roman got tossed out of the rumble, everyone cheered because it meant he wouldn't be main eventing his third mania in a row. Joke's on us.
